Publisher's summary

Chassie West Glanzer hasn't been a stranger to drama and tragedy. A year of wedded bliss to sexy-as-sin cowboy Trevor Glanzer has brought her the happiness and contentment she never thought she'd find, and mellowed Trevor's rodeo wanderlust. Then Trevor's old roping partner ambles up the driveway and Chassie's life changes drastically.

Trevor never expected to see Edgard Mancuso again, after it became clear he couldn't be the man Edgard needed. Now Edgard is back from Brazil to sort out their tangled past, and Trevor is plagued with feelings he thought he'd buried over three years ago. Although Trevor is hat-over-bootheels in love with his sweet, feisty wife, the sense his life is missing a piece has always gnawed at him.

Chassie's shock that Edgard and Trevor were once loves turns to fear of losing her husband. Or worse, fear that Trevor will stay with her only out of a sense of duty. Yet as the three of them spend time together, the sins of the past blur and fade, leaving raw emotion and unbridled passion.

Passion that could heal - or cause irreparable damage to their future.

Warning: This audiobook contains unbelievably explicit sex, including multiple cowboy/cowgirl/cowboy menage scenes, juicy, hot male on male action, a bucketful of politically incorrect situations, and true Western ideology.

Ropin the wind!

Would you consider the audio edition of Rough, Raw, and Ready to be better than the print version?

Not read the print but the audio so far in all the books in the series is spot on and very good.

What did you like best about this story?

This is my least favourite so far. Books 1 to 4, for me were all just as good as eachother, and this one is only a little less because some of the content was a bit much for me, BUT that aside, Lorelai's amazing writing still carries it off because of the interaction of all the main and secondary characters. Contrary to other opinions, although there are lots of characters, I find it easy to keep up with all of them and find them all to be just as interesting.

What about Rebecca Estrella’s performance did you like?

Again Rebeca does not disappoint and totally delivers!!!

Any additional comments?

Still looking forward to book six!!!

Chassie Wins

I really liked the main character Chassie, who has had a rough life but doesn't whine about it. She's an interesting combination tough & soft; strong enough to do ranch work yet still kind & sensitive at heart.

When Chassie finds out that her husband Trevor was once in love with a man (Edgard), she doesn't throw a pity party for herself. Since Chassie wants to save her marriage, she decides to get to know Edgard and possibly share Trevor rather than loose him.

Unlike most of the other cowboys in this series, Trevor actually loves, respects and doesn't abuse his wife. Likewise, Edgard comes to love and appreciate Chassie for her many wonderful qualities, even though he has never been attracted to women. So Chassie wins!

Steamy!

Worth the buy. You can read even if you have not read the previous books in the series. Seriously hot and smoldering scenarios between the three characters and tender moments that make you really fall for them. A great read!

Realistic Storyline!

This book addresses some of the thought processes that need to be considered before entering into this type of relationship. Which was refreshing because some authors never consider the repercussions associated with adding a partner into a commited relationship. (Open Communication is Key)
It was a delightful and steamy listen. That is capable of being listened to again and again.

The Hottest Sex Ever!!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Rough, Raw, and Ready to be better than the print version?

I absolutely think the audio version is better than the print version because I love Edgard's accent. Also the sex scenes are so hot it's easier to enjoy when listening than when reading.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Chassie sweet, sweet, loyal Chassie. Gotta hand it to a girl that make her husband and his male lover love her.

Which character – as performed by Rebecca Estrella – was your favorite?

It was definitely Edgard Mancuso because he was the icing on the Trevor and Chassie cupcake. He found a way to make Chassie fall in love with him and Trevor acknowledge their relationship. Plus, that accent ...

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The moment that Chassie invited Edgard to sleep in the bed with them after all the hot sexing.

Eye opening

Not sure how I would like this book due to the sex between two men, but this story was about deeper feelings between the two and the woman who allowed them to realize the love they all shared! Great love story!
