Good Book

This book was good. The one that they was doing the do while the family around I was wondering if someone would walk in/out on them. Then he kissed Cami I felt kind of bad for Kat because I know she really likes Adam but she steady pushing him away instead of giving in. She knows Adam likes her but I do think if she didn't walk in on the and made the noise with the door Adam and Cami would've done something besides kissing. I'm definitely going to listen to part 3 so I can find out what happened next hopefully they give in to each other and actually date.

Kathryn. I can see her being a real person

What does Rita Rush bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I liked how she did the voices.

I can't say i had an extreme reaction, but i did love the book and the party at the parents house was the best!!!

Part two brings out that Kathryn's brother-in-law to be and Adam are brothers! Just when she thought it was going to be a one night stand, this is what happens. We learn a little about Kathryn's past with leukemia and her fears of a recurrence of the cancer. It does hold her back from loving someone, but Adam is relentless. At the last fitting for her sister's wedding, Kathryn walks into the dressing room to see Adam with Cami(Kathryn's sister's best friend) liplocked! Now she knows their relationship is best not to continue and she tries to deal with the upcoming nuptials, but will she be able to be the maid of honor with Adam being the best man?

Rita Rush continues her sexy performance.

Pretty Good Sequel!

This is a pretty good follow up from Reckless. The story is interesting. I'm again very surprised that this short story is quite engaging.

Kathryn has to see Adam often with all the wedding preparations but staying away and ignoring him is proving to be more difficult than she expected.

This story ends in a stressful note. Hopefully things will be looking up on the next one. I'm looking forward to it!

Still conflicted

The book has potential to be great, the back stories of Catherine and Adam are interesting and leave a lot of room for exploration. Unfortunately the short story template doesn't allow for this to happen in a manner that does the character any justice. I'm still trying to make some sort of a connection with one of the characters...any of them! With part 2 of 3 complete that's a little frustrating.
The narrator is good enough, I'm not annoyed by anything and the recording is of good quality. She speaks the final portion of the 'book credits' in her normal tone and I prefer that much better than to the voice she uses for Catherine but that's me being insanely picky.
