I really enjoyed this podcast, and it's true, putting your phone away DOES increase happiness. The other night I went to dinner with a friend I haven't seen in a while, and I unintentionally left my phone in my pocket on SILENT, and we had a great time together just talking, catching up on life, and eating, OF COURSE! So yesterday, while dog walking, I did the same. Obviously, I have to use my phone for walking dogs, but I put Facebook on hold for the whole day, I didn't answer calls while I was out walking, and I didn't reply to texts until I had a break. I felt much, MUCH happier at the end of my day.
