In the season 4 season finale, Arielle Castillo joins us to talk wellness, Man City and social media and how all three of those things connect. She is the social media guru for Manchester City’s US accounts and is the owner of Half Time Yoga, she is here to explain why stretching and the ancient art of yoga is much needed to all fans of this game. Arielle also talks about what it is like working for City but in America and keeping the audiences in the 50 States excited about Manchester's blue team.
