This week it’s time for one of Tom Hanks’ most notorious misfires, and one of our hosts might have at least a slight defense of it. Ryan and Mitchell are joined by Dan Mecca (The B-Side) to discuss Joel and Ethan Coen’ 2004 remake of The Ladykillers. Discussion includes Hanks’ Colonel Sanders performance, the Cannes award-winning work of Irma P. Hall, how the film is generally considered the Coens’ worst, and for some reason a major detour into the career of Jack O’Connell.
