I felt like the recommendations to Samuelsson were largely unrelated to the subject of the interview and frankly, none of them sounded particularly interesting to me. Likewise the post-interview recommendations. I downloaded this to hear the thoughts of a chef and none of the books mentioned (as far as i can recall) had anything to do with food. I'm sure the books are all wonderful or whatever, but they didn't pique my interest or give me anything to explore on this subject.
I gave it five stars across the board solely on the strength of the interview and for Samuelsson himself. The interview really was very good, so kudos to the team for that.
An excellent interview
