Painfully relatable
Any additional comments?
It's becoming increasingly apparent to me that my problems are not unique. This knowledge decreases the isolation. It simultaneously hurts to know how many other people, surely many better than me, also can't figure out how to solve them. I would advise this episode with anyone in a relationship who has a recurring, negative, self-defeating internal monologue.
