*After 144 magical episodes, we decided to change our name to better show that we stand with the trans community. We are unable to change our name within those episodes, but will be using For Fawkes’ Sake starting at episode 145 and going forward! New name, same magical Harry Potter compare and contrast!*

Join Ellen and Keighty as we discuss Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, covering Chapter Thirty-Two (Flesh, Blood, and Bone) and the corresponding film scenes.

While we love Harry Potter, we do not condone or agree with its creator’s ignorant opinions. We stand with the trans community.

We post weekly podcast episodes comparing and contrasting the Harry Potter books to the movies, Potter Ponderings, a weekly trivia question (that can win you a sticker!), Sorting Hat Stories, and other Harry Potter related fun! Please subscribe and join us as we delve into our favorite book series and the films that brought them to life.

I think Harry didn't want to be the one to sound scared, concerned, paranoid, etc. which is why he was relieved when Cedric was the one to suggest taking their wands back out. I was completely underwhelmed with Voldemort's appearance in the movie. I thought he looked like a normal guy without a nose. I liked that the incantation/revival potion was so similar in the movie but definitely did prefer it in the book. Not a big deal though. My only question is, do bones become dust after only about 50 years like in the book, or would they have been intact like in the movie?
