The haunting ending left me thinking about it for days

An extremely entertaining story. It made me think that it should be a story for the Twilight Zone show in my opinion.
Richard Payson is a talented writer and his story kept me thinking about it for days in a good way. I’m looking forward to listening to more of his stories.

The narrator, John Carter Aimone, created well defined characters with his narration.

Over-achieving Slacker

Slip into the mind of slacker Jimmy as he connives his way through an attempt to achieve his ultimate slacker goal. His motivation? A taste of the perfect burger at the Rosewood. Sometimes, you should be careful what you wish for. Riveting story through the end. Richard Payson is now on my favorite author list.
