Hello, I am an 8-year breast cancer survivor. Because of my many surgeries, including a double mastectomy, hysterectomy, and chemo, intercourse became too painful. Soon after, I developed a condition called vaginismus where internal penetration is impossible . I was married for 20 years and divorced 2 years ago. I thought to myself, how am I going to find someone who would want to be with me when I don't have a libido and can't have intercourse? I soon realized I wasn't alone. So many women who I have met in FB breast cancer support groups were struggling with the same issue. Painful intercourse, lack of libido, vaginismus. Choosing not to date because "no one will understand my condition". I knew something needed to be done. I wondered what do single men do that have Erectile Dysfunction (ED)? How do they explain to the person they are considering forming a relationship with that they have sexual limitations? The traditional dating apps out there would be a nightmare for individuals like us. That is when I invented my unique dating app called Entwine. Entwine takes the sexual expectations out of dating.
