Publisher's Summary

If you always wanted to learn how to find an identity that fits you, and you want to get back in touch with your roots and your deepest desires, then keep reading....

The truth is, many of us grow up believing that there are two primary categories of people: the good ones and the bad ones. But what if I told you there are nine primary perspectives in the world, all of which can look at the same item and see nine different things?

The Enneagram is more than just a personality test - it’s a powerful tool for personal growth, spiritual transformation, and emotional balance. It allows us to look at ourselves through the eyes of others, and it allows us to see others without the veil of personal judgment.

Here's what you will find in this audiobook:

  • What Enneagram is and how to effectively read it
  • The best way to deal with the nine personality types
  • How to quickly interpret wing types and instinctual variants
  • Powerful methods to communicate with any one of the Enneagram's nine archetypes
  • Tips to ascend the growth scale and work on personal development
  • How to stop overthinking, overworking, and overreacting now
  • Why it is so important to live a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life
  • And much, much more!

The Enneagram is a personality assessment theory that describes these nine perspectives in great detail, tracing nine different types of behavioral patterns back to nine different developmental roots. Even if you have no experience with spirituality and consider yourself a skeptic, you'll be able to understand the Enneagram, because it’s based on real scientific studies done over time in humans as they’ve changed through the ages. Furthermore, you'll increase your self-awareness and discover your core identity.

The Peacemaker

The Enneagram focuses on deeply-rooted motivations, rather than grouping people by actions. This leaves plenty of room for variation in each type: type eights that are physically active and type eights that are socially active; type threes that go out of their way to introduce themselves to others and type threes that let others be drawn to them; etc. The Enneagram does this by sharing each type’s deepest fears and desires.

Fear as an Invitation to Growth

Each person uniquely experiences their own Enneagram Type, typically fluctuating between average-to-healthy levels based on their own psychological state of being. In this 50-minute session we explore the core fear of your Enneagram Type, examining the expressions of one’s core fear, the malformations of that fear, and the triggers to what sets off the fear. People either react to their core fear negatively causing a downward spiral, or respond with awareness leading to growth—by developing tools we can face our Enneagram core fear as an invitation to growth.

This was such a one of a kind introduction.

This was such a one of a kind introduction and training on the enneagram. Flawlessly composed, regarding of all the enneatypes, and conscious to the old history of the Enneagram. So all around done and I am eager to start my thoughtful practice! This book has been profoundly useful, consoling, tenderly controlling - a light! The first occasion when I've felt elevated by theory + otherworldliness as conveyed by somebody from a Christian point of view. The best book I've tune in on the Enneagram! Creator's refers to an enormous scope of sources and aides Enneagram believed that is new, edible and motivating.

Observer Thinker

Success-oriented, image-conscious and wired for productivity, they are motivated by a need to be (or appear to be) successful and avoid failure. (I believe, without evidence, that Capitol Hill likely boasts a very high number of Threes).Warm, caring and giving, they are motivated by a need to be loved and needed, and to avoid acknowledging their own needs.

Great tips

It's gained too much importance, in my opinion. This book begins casually enough, but when the charts and graphs appeared, I closed it & never opened it again. Not because I'm a NUMBER, but because I'm a PERSON.

Enjoy this tune

I'm an astrologer. And I have a minor in psychology. But you will still find things in this book that will surprise you. I really enjoyed it. My church group introduced it to me. So in case you're Christian and think you don't like this stuff?

Must listen!!

I thought this book would be very touchy-feely and too "enneagrammy". I went in as a skeptic and came out surprised. Lots of historical context, biblical backing, academic perspectives and an emphasis on the fact that this is only a tool, not a way of life. A great listen for anyone who thinks Enneagram is lame.
