Publisher's Summary

A legendary healer fully devoted to his people, Zaureth is one of the most powerful Bracadytes in Aukrabah. But his gifts come with enormous responsibilities and a heavy price - a vow of peace and celibacy. From the moment he meets Amy, a tiny human female born without sight, those vows are threatened. She calls forth every protective instinct he possesses, along with a desire he is powerless to deny.

First audiobook - Amy Brighton may have been born blind, but she doesn't need sight to know how she feels about the Bracadyte healer. Their first touch forges a connection between them too strong to resist. Now, Amy must overcome a lifetime of dark uncertainty if she wants to live and turn to the only light she will ever know: Zaureth....

Second audiobook - Raised by the Cuban cartel, Nicho “Oz” Ozele learned early on that it was far better to be feared than loved. Now, he’ll use everything in his formidable arsenal to stay alive. Even if it means abducting the incredibly enticing sister of his most hated enemy. Wanted by the mob and running from the deadly Incola virus, Oz turns to the only family he has left - the Bracadytes.

Taken hostage by her father's killer, Maria wants nothing more than to see Oz dead for his crimes against her family. With all she has, she fights Oz at every turn. Until one night on the open water, he risks his life to save hers, forcing Maria to choose between the need for revenge and her heart’s strongest desire.

Third audiobook - Half human, half alien, Gryke is the most vicious Bracadyte in Aukrabah. His hatred and distrust for the land walkers runs deep - especially for Fiona Henagar. The female Marine is smart, gorgeous, and self-sufficient. With every breath, she confounds him and attracts him. But when she steals the ancient Bracadyte scrolls, Gryke has no choice but to confront his feelings for her and go after her.

Fiona Henagar doesn’t have time for love. She lives a life of duty to her country until her son, Andrew, is kidnapped by the government. Stealing the Bracadyte scrolls to pay off her son’s kidnappers, Fiona vows to stay one step ahead of Gryke - and her growing feelings for him. As they fight against government plots and spies, will they succumb to their deepest desires, or will old prejudices tear them apart?

The journey should continue

This is a box set that covers book 4 to 6 of Ditter kellen stories.
The story is about Bracadytes, mermen that is trying to help their people against the small minded humans. Humans that are trying to destroy anything that they don’t understand.
The heros are Zaureth, Oz and Gryke. Zaureth you learn about in the first story , when he falls for Amy who is blind . Oz is a Cuban who kidnaps Maria. Zaureth sister .
Gryke hates the land walkers , the humans , the most. He has a thing against Fiona , a marine , he goes after Fiona once she steals something. All the Bracadytes are town between their people and the women they love.

Johnny Mack did a fantastic work on this box set . I listened to him when he did book 1

Addictive Series!

I love this series and the narrator just brings the stories to life. Each story is a mix of action, suspense, and romance as these Bracadyte men find and fall in love with their women. Each story is it's own but combines to create a much bigger world that is full of imagination and wonder that you just can't help but fall in love with.

Fantastic Continuation of this Incredible Series!

I wasn't sure this series could get any better, but that thought was set to shame as I was introduced to the next amazing Bracadytes. Zaureth showed me that anyone can find their heart even when they aren't sure they should. All he had to do is to take a chance and reach out. Oz showed us a heart rich in depth and longing for love beyond the circumstances of his life. He learned that there is a slice of love and hope just for him as long as he is willing to open his heart long enough. No one could have ever predicted that Gryke would have found his own heart in the body of a land walker. Despite what he shows to those around him, he longs for more then he has taken into his life. He learned that no one is as they seem, and the fierce love of a good woman can tame even the wildest of beings.

I couldn't help but fall in love with this amazing race of creatures. They have taught me so much and made me feel more then I could have ever imagined. I look forward to even more stories to come! Bring on the wonder, the imagination, and the beauty of this fabulous series!!

Johnny Mack knows how to dazzle and delight. He has never failed to bring to life these amazing characters and their stunning mates. I look forward to how he shows us the humanity and heart in this wondrous new race of men and women. I can't wait to listen to him bring the next couple to life with love and care. I could encourage you to never miss any of his amazing performances!

Great Read

Enigma: The Journey Continues: A Science Fiction Romance Boxed Set was another great read by Ditter Kellan. This book consisted of books four through six in the series; Zaureth, Oz and Gryke. These books follow three Bracadytes trying to do right by their people while also finding the women they love. I really enjoyed these books and can't wait to read more in the Enigma series.

Love the Author, Not the Narrator

This is of my own opinion, and others may disagree and that is fine. First and foremost, I love Ditter Kellen's stories, before my eyesight got bad I would read her novellas quickly and devour them. When my eyesight began to dwindle, it made it hard to read even off my kindle, and I've had to move towards audiobooks as of recent. I am extremely honored to have been able to be given a chance to listen to these books, and I am forever appreciative of that.

However, I was so frustrated with the narrator, and how the book was being narrated. It made it devastatingly hard to continue as the very obvious voice changes distracted me more from the story than the actually drawing me into it. When he voiced the female in the first book, I had to pause it and shake my head, 'did he just pitch his voice higher?'

Replayed, and confirmed that he did. When he voiced the main male character's voice, I COMPLETELY HAD TO STOP IT. He sounded like Disney's Goofy, and I couldn't take it seriously. The other male voices that were human, were perfectly fine, but as soon as he voiced the females or non-human characters I cringed to a point that I just couldn't continue.

I'm sorry, I just wanted to enjoy it but that narration and tone was dreadful. I've heard other male narrators voice a female part before, and never have I heard them pitch that high to make it know that it was a FEMALE character. They changed the tone, and this can be seen being done on ACX.com's video with Chris Ciulla (https://youtu.be/I8kX8TV8uvg).

I do apologize Johnny Mack, I've heard your voice on other novels and you fit perfectly in them, but I don't understand what to even state for the performance here and how I felt that the story wasn't given justice with your narration.

Thank you to Ditter Kellen, you are still one of my favorite writers and I will continue to promote your books to my friends and family. I think, for now, I'll be purchasing audible books that with a different narrator for your series. I appreciate the stories you create, and it means a lot to me that you allowed me to listen, I'm sorry I just couldn't finished listening all the way through it :(
