Spiritual life begins in the body, and energy is the key to amplify every human capacity. This audio program explores and describes approaches to understanding and enhancing our energy for life.

Please Note: This audio program was produced some years ago by Dan in his office using a portable recorder. Thus, the sound quality is not as clear as some of his other professionally-recorded programs. Nonetheless, we trust you will find the content fully worthwhile.

Audio is horrible

Didnt finish this book because I couldnt hear clearly. Sounded like he was mumbling at times and just not a professional recording. His message in the book is good though! If he re-records it, I would definitely give it another chance.

Good content but hard to listen to…

I enjoyed the content when I was not drifting in an out of other thoughts. The reader an I understand why was a monotone thru out the whole book. The author had a ton of information which I enjoyed but kept on backing up the book to get the full content and meaning. If you need to relax and can focus while listening to this book, it is worth listening to it.

good info if you can tolerate the poor quality

Dan Millman has wonderful knowledge to share, unfortunately the poor sound quality diminishes the message here and there. Certain parts of this were nearly inaudible

The tittle is just about right!

Energizing body, spirit and mind! Great journey, full of inspiration and exercises.
The audio is terrible, from a tape recording. However, the message is so powerful that I truly recommend overlooking this flaw and strongly pay attention to the message. Still relevant in 2021!

Just as relevant to 2021 as when it was written.

Easy to listen to and understand.
The recording seemed a little old as did some of the references but as I said above, relevant.
