Publisher's Summary

Find out about the best ways to naturally fight pain.

Endorphins are natural painkillers. As such, they function as an important neurochemical to create feelings of happiness, satisfaction, excitement, and relaxation. Although endorphins are usually released automatically and naturally, there are ways to stimulate a healthy dosage of endorphins at the right time. And that lies at the very essence of this brief guide.

However, endorphins are also related to addictions, which makes it so crucial to understand how to maintain the right balance. In this audiobook, you’ll learn more about:

  • How to give your endorphin levels a natural boost or get an endorphin high.
  • Ways to cope with stress through endorphin levels, the body’s natural morphine.
  • How to increase your success in, for example, business or body building, through endorphin production.
  • How your subconscious mind provides powerful painkillers.
  • How to stay away from addiction through the right endorphin levels.

What if you could be more productive, happier, free, tougher, calmer, and more confident by an ideal balance of endorphin production? Wouldn’t that have an impact on your life?

Add this audiobook to your cart. You will understand more about yourself and others.

You can't NOT like this

I mean, what's not to like? Did you not have enough endorphins in your brain to chill and listen to an audiobook like this? I wouldn't think so. Recommended.

I wanted more endorphins, so I listened to this book and I actually got some, I think. Or was that dopamine? Haha!

Narriator sounds poorly educated.

The narriator mispronounces words incessantly throughout the audio book. Very poorly produced and narriated. Avoid

Make me happy!

Come on, endorphins, do your job! Make me happy! I guess, I need to play more sports. This was an enjoyable audiobook. Listen to this when you're at the gym. That's my advice.
