Publisher's summary

Obsessed about finding her soul mate Alex and her father Leo, Tess does the unthinkable and unwittingly traps herself in the dark side of the afterlife. And what she finds there is not what she came looking for. The longer she stays in the darkness, the harder it will be to get out. Hoping that her love for Alex will keep her from slipping further into the darkness, she searches and searches through this infernal place. But her nature is beginning to change - she's becoming cynical, hardened, and apathetic - and she just got here. How has this darkness changed Alex? Can love exist in hell?

Endless

Any additional comments?

Really good ending to the series. Overall another entertaining, engaging and enjoyable story. Very descriptive, creative and detailed world the author has created.

Although this book does have much more of a Christianity/Religion/Spirituality tone to it I still consider it more of a Sci-Fi Fantasy/Paranormal.

I had a hard time with book especially in the beginning . It just wasn't holding my attention. Not sure why exactly, there was a lot going on but the story just seemed to be moving to slowly. Maybe it was just me. Once the pace picked up a little more it pulled me right in just like the previous installment. There are several unexpected twists to the story that I didn't see coming.

The concept of a pre-mortal life, a life and an afterlife is still a very intriguing idea. Each installment in the series encompasses a phase of life. Tess and Alex have a love that endures all three phases of this existence. Luz and Dorian was a nice surprise. The Eternal's are not fooled. No one escapes final judgement.

Andrea Emmes once again did a really good job with the narration. Clearly spoken. Nice smooth pace. Her voice fit the story. Good character voices. Overall very enjoyable.

Hope in true love, the kind that is “Endless"

If you could sum up Endless in three words, what would they be?

Mind Blowingly Amazing

Who was your favorite character and why?

Tess, obviously because shes the main character and I get to know her the best but honestly I loved them all, even the bad characters, because they were written so well!

What about Andrea Emmes’s performance did you like?

I loved how she was able to portray every character in just the right way. I really enjoyed her reading Henry

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES!

Any additional comments?

I was provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review via Audiobook Boom.
I have not read the previous books. I was given the opportunity to read this book and review it and I loved the preview for it. Although I was missing apparently, a lifetime and then some from the previous books I still enjoyed this book so much!! The way the author creates these characters, their stories and worlds are mind blowing! The premortal beings, life on earth and after life and so many details. I also loved the fact the main character’s name is Tess, that is my younger sisters name and you don’t see it often. So for Christmas I am thinking of buying her the whole series because of this reason and I’m positive she will love it.
This story follows Tess after she has passed away. I am not sure how she actually died because I skipped the first two books which I must read them now! You watch as she tries to save her husband Alex and father, Leo, who are trapped in their own bubbles in Hell. When she arrives to save him, she realized her task is much more difficult than she first anticipated. She meets a few trapped spirtis and lives in their bubble of hell briefly. It’s a whirlwind of horrors. Something happens and she is lead to her father and Alex, but she is not allowed to contact them until she makes a deal. A deal that will change everything. She opens a rift to the mortal world, just as Alex sees her, she tells him to stay away to protect him and she is sucked into the rift. So now Alex and her father are still trapped there and now Alex thinks she left him there on purpose. This causes so much heartache for both Alex and Tess and the reader as well. She has so much she has to do in order to get back to him and free him. In the process seeing Niccum’s descriptions of Heaven and the angels and opening and just so much amazing details that make this story line so much more amazing its unreal. This book, as I’m sure the whole trilogy, gives the reader hope in true love, the kind that is “Endless”. Although I was confused about some references to previous books and how Tess and Alex and everyone got to where they were this was an amazing story to read and I loved how it ended!!

Good story

I thought this was a very unique premise to a story and interesting. I found the story to be a good story while a bit long at times. I thought the author did a great job introducing new characters and weaving them in perfectly to the story line so it seemed almost seem less.

Veiled series book 3

The story started slow and dragged for most of the book. I did not connect with the characters and had to take breaks.

I don't think It should be listed under Christianity. In my opinion, it is mostly fantasy/Sci-Fi with bits and pieces of Christianity twisted here and there. Unfortunately, that is a combination I don't really enjoy.

The narrator is outstanding. She brought the story to life and did an amazing job all the way to the Conclusion.

I have not read the first two books in this series but had no problem keeping up with any of it. You might want to give this series a shot if you like fantasy/Sci-Fi with some Christianity weaved here and there which includes afterlife, heavenly beings, and unique beings living in other planets.

Not really christian fiction

This audiobook was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review courtesy of AudiobookBoom dot com.

Warning for anyone on audible: this book is categorized as christianity, but it's really a scifi/fantasy with some spiritual concepts. It's an interesting mix, but I felt it was a little slow for my taste.

The narrator did well, using enthusiasm and fear as she gets into the characters.
