Brilliantly explained.

Brilliantly explained. Such a great reminder how life can be lived, if we live in our heart space. I appreciate how the author gives us example stories so we can comprehend it better and it gives us a visual, which helps sink in what he is teaching. Thank you!

I didn't want it to end.

My daily efforts were rewarded through a feeling of greater inner peace and a higher level of spirituality. The book was extremely uplifting and constantly raised my spirits and feeling of well being. This is not a book to rush through but one to savor by stretching out the experience. I didn't want it to end.

I really find it quite helpful.

I really find it quite helpful. I know people mentioned in previous comments the ending, but it didn't wake me up since I was in such a good rem sleep. and normally I'm not a heavy sleeper. I have found improvements as far as getting up earlier and starting my day off right.
