I hope we can all listen to this and learn about ourselves and other people. Thanks

Love it!

Even the beginning of the episode showed a bias towards wokism instead of business and frankly optimism. Simon calls the death of Floyd murder when that must indicate intent and malice. There was no evidence of that or racist intent. I will be very leery of anything Simon puts out from now on.

Disappointed

This theory requires the abused to reach out to the abuser and try to understand them. Do we ask women of rape to try and understand their rapist? Do we ask survivors of domestic violence to attempt to understand the feelings of the person abusing them? Yet she expects black people to do these things to those that hate them because of skin color. It is not our work to do. We are not the ones who should burden ourselves to understand the hate. I became nauseated listening to her.

Is she serious
