How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Make Katarina more likable in the beginning. Not until Part 3 did I start to like her and then I didn't really care at that point.

Which character – as performed by Stefan Rudnicki – was your favorite?

Loved the Dad and the uncle--Can't decide which.

Was Enchantment worth the listening time?

On the fence about that one. Got it because of all the high accolades, but had a hard time liking it, but then I reached a point I wanted to know what happens, and it took a long time to get there. Left feeling unsatisfied. On a strong note, however, I LOVED the multiple voices (male/female) and the music.

Keep up with the male/ female voices. It helps tremendously.

Very original

This is the first book by Orson Scott Card I've read and I will definitely be reading more in the future. A fun spin on the old Sleeping Beauty story told with humor and depth. The narrator did a wonderful job with the characters and accents. It starts a bit slow but keep going -- definitely worth the wait once the story gets going.

I loved Ender's Game, but thought this was an adequate telling of a pretty dull story. I gave up after about 4 hours. I may start it over again in the future, when I'm out of books.

A fun story for adults, and nothing obscene it.

It's tough to find material interesting enough for adults, and yet not a problem for anyone else to overhear. Usually, doing audio while driving or waiting for kids, and hate when I'm in the middle of an interesting story and then a string of swear words are blurted out. This was a refreshing find.

Wonderful and Unexpected

A great take on a well known fairytale. The story was engaging, and the readers did a great job. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the book. The narrotors did an excellent job on voices...I felt as if someone was telling me a story, not just reading aloud. If you like Orson Scott Card, this one's for you.

Excellent

The negative reviews about cursing in sex on this book or a shame and undeserved. They're only hints of sex. There is some description of nudity and some cursing, but sometimes gosh darn it just does not cut it when you're writing the story.
