Exciting and insightful book!

What a find! An amazing book! This insightful book helped me to understand myself in ways I’d been struggling with for years. It’s a must - read if you’re wondering about the gifts and challenges of being an Empath in today’s world. The book is so jam packed full of gems that you’ll want to read it over and over and consult it too.

Loved this book!

If you feel that you are an empath, this book is a must read! I have read other books on this subject and none have impacted me the way this book has. Wonderful information, easy read, and truly life-changing. I will be buying more and handing them out as gifts.

Bring vampires out into the sun.

This was the best book I've read on the subject. It's not a dry psychology style book, but written in a manner that is easy to read and learn from. Going beyond smudging and cord cutting, this book addresses the psychological aspects from both the perpetrator and the victim positions.I plan to read it again and have recommended it to several people I know who have dealt with borderline personalities/vampires or are dealing with them now.

Be aware of jow your body and energy fell around c

Finished it in 2 days and it is POWERFUL! This is validating and life changing material. Knowing what I'm dealing with has brought me back to myself, but a new version whom I am very excited to get to know. I love the medical and scientific explanations you provide for why and how things benefit us. I appreciate all of this.

Great read!

This is a terrific book for helping you understand more about yourself.And this book definitely gave me clarity on a lot of things I was unsure of prior to reading. I highly recommend this book! Also, love the little animations throughout! Super cute!

Scientific research at its best!No one tells you t

Scientific research at it's best. I had no idea biography becomes biology, how devastating unhealthy people are. I didn't really understand the pathology of narcissistic people and the damage they cause. A completely new world has opened up to me. I knew my family was unhealthy, but now I know why and how to deal with it, to be free to seek health and peace.

Pretty good.

Though this book felt a little bit ridiculous at times I found it helpful. It was nice to learn that there are others out there with sensitivities like me. It also gave some good tatics on how to handle when things get overwhelming. Overall I enjoyed the book.

Interesting subject.

I am not alone.

This book helped me a little as I struggle every day with absorbing energy from others. I still feel overwhelmed a lot of the time... to the point that I stay home a lot. I do feel this book help me understand I am not alone or crazy. Thank you for writing this book.

Learning about yourself and that you are not broke

Very informative and helped me to understand myself better.Although I appreciated the author's experiences, I felt that it was more about her than the issue. All in all, it was a big help and is a subject that needs to be addressed more often. Many need it.

Very helpful!

I have always known that I am sensitive, but at 15 out of 15, I now realize that my sensitivity is an asset rather than a liability. I now have permission to establish boundaries. Wish I'd known this 50 years ago!

Life changing coping skills.

This book is a lifesaver.

It's amazing! After reading this I now understand several things about myself and my mother that we didn't get before.Sadly, as a child my doctors misdiagnosed me as rapid-cycling bipolar disorder and subjected me to several useless medications to "fix" it. I can now live in relative peace.

Good book.
