The Best Guide to Understand Our Emotions

I always wondered if I am an emotional person or not. But after listening to this course, I now understand that there is no such thing because we are all emotional. When we talk about emotions, we usually mean love, fear, happiness anger, passion, hate, and all these major emotions. We tend to ignore our tiny emotions.
In this course, I learned not to ignore whatever I feel. Throughout the course, I started noticing how I react, especially when Professor Randolph was telling his own stories. I started thinking of how I would react if I was in the same situation. Now, I look at the situations in my life and can explain them in a much better way.

On the other hand, I loved this course because of how scientific it is. Psychology of emotions, their evolution, how scientists study emotions, and many scientific topics are discussed throughout the course. I know that it is difficult to make heavy psychological topics easy for everyone to understand and process.

Understanding our emotions will help us in understanding ourselves. Professor Randolph is one of the best lecturers I have ever listened to. His examples were GREAT and in the context of the chapter. His performance is very natural and he knows how to deliver what he wants.

Thank you, Randolph, for this amazing course and looking forward to more!
