Excellent one!

It' is believed that we, homo sapiens, make decisions based only on logic. Also common is the opinion that emotions make ti difficult to make the right decisions. the following phrases, which we often use in our speech, are associated with this idea of the role of emotions in decision making.

Excellent book

A great book about how to be more emotionally intelligent and, how true success is more predicated on being emotionally intelligent than just being intelligent. The book was very technical at points. It was also a very interesting read and I am glad I know more about emotional intelligence.

Understand Emotion

When I went on a journey to find a product to help with Emotional Intelligence, I landed on this book. So, this book is kind of like a beginner's introduction to emotional intelligence For Leadership. It does a great job of explaining what it is, why it is different from standard intelligence markers like IQ and what impact it can have on a person's well being and success.
