Excellent information and easy to understand, both child and parents. My granddaughter enjoyed reading with me and thought she'd like a copy of her own to work through and keep.

I adored everything about this book. It gave great advice for me to use in my parenting my four kids. I want them to grow up with strong emotional fortitude, but also in touch with their softer side and this really helped answer a lot of questions on how to do it.

Please read this before recommending it to your kid. Good book for teens/young adults struggling to Manage ADHD, Reduce Anxiety, Build Confidence, and Stay Organized. A great resource, and one to help teens themselves. There were some convenient tips, written in a meaningful and non-demanding way.

My 9-year-old has ADHD, and getting through mornings used to feel like a battle. After trying some of the tools from this book—especially the ones about breaking tasks into steps and using visual reminders—he’s way less overwhelmed. I appreciated how it explained things simply, without dumbing them down. We even practiced some breathing exercises together. It’s not a quick fix, but it gave us structure and language for emotions we both needed. He’s more aware of his reactions now, and so am I.
