An excellent addition to my library

I personally found the entire book to be both interesting and enjoyable to listen to but my favourite parts were in relation to body language, both how to read it and how to control my own. I had no idea this would make such a collossal change to my interactions and confidence.

I didn’t know that emotional intelligence is so much important in our lives! Great advice and one of the best content. One minus it was too short;)!

A good collection

I truly enjoyed listening this book!! The chapters were very short and concise and made listening more enjoyable. I would highly recommend. Do not worry if you didn't read the Book 1 in the series, I didn't and didn't have any issues following. Going to start listening Book 1 this week.

Worth recommending.

It gives examples to let one know if they are not tracking the emotions of others and examples to let one know what emotionally intelligence looks like. There is another book emotional intelligence but the both is very good i grabbed the two books and i can't say which is nice both are good.

A wonderful book

This book is wonderfully helpful! Don't be mistaken by the "emotion" words in the title, this is a fully life encompassing manual on improving yourself, managing stress, and becoming a better and more resilient person.

Very comprehensive

This really is the ultimate guide to understanding your partner from the inside out. Between both of these books, you’ll know how to communicate and relate better to your partner based on their personality type, their fears, interior wants, motives, deepest desires, etc. Very comprehensive.

I didn’t know much on either subject

I got this bundle because I heard a lot of people talking about an engram and emotional intelligence, but I didn’t know much on either subject. Well, that’s changed, and now I’m the one teaching people about the engram and emotional intelligence!

Great practical introduction

Lots of practical exercises in both the CBT and Emotional Intelligence book, now time to apply all of this in my own life which is the hard part as we all know.

Incredibly usefulQ!

It gave useful tips and examples to drive home the points on both CBT and EQ, as well as offering practical implications for both- well worth the credit.
