Intriguing book.

I learned a great deal of information from reading this book. It truly helped me understand people's thoughts and behaviors, and why they do the things they do. Reading people goes deeper than just detecting their body language or facial expressions, so I enjoyed learning the techniques on how to analyze people even more.

Great investment

This book saved me so much time vs reading and researching out of a psych 101 textbook. Great price for the amount of information this book contains.

Understanding psychology

Psychology, when you study it, helps you to better understand those around you and will help you to understand those you will come in contact with in any form of communication in the future. The way we react are based off of certain reactions from others and vice versa. No one is abnormal just because they may exhibit certain psychological traits that is out of the realm of normal.

A look into the psyche

What I liked about this book was that thw author showed where these skills can be used in real life. For example, when discussing needing to be aware of body language, the author looks at politicians and how we the viewer can interpret their facial and body movements to tell us what they really mean.

I learned a lot from reading this book.

More than I was expecting, actually. There are some very useful tips on reading other people’s body language and examining and checking your own body language. This book is a great tool.

Insightful recommendation

It gives you great ideas on what to look for when trying to figure out a person at the same time it reminds us often to establish a baseline of behavior and use clusters of data (vs an isolated piece of data).

Supper information

Excellent information. It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though. These are just a few examples of the different options you will need to learn to decipher to become a skilled non—verbal communication specialist. This book is great
