This is truly a life-changing book. He covers topics ranging from how the mind processes emotions to strategies to have a healthy marriage, this book has information that is truly life-changing! Everyone needs to listen it!

Awesome Audio book

I got many helpful ideas from this audible.

Very good audiobook, lots of examples and simple actionable things that you can do in your day to day life to start improving your Emotional Intelligence. The online test is pretty good at giving you a first overview as to where you stand and helps you focus on the more impact actions you can take. Great audiobook on Emotional intelligence

I love it and following this guide audiobook.

If more people were taught emotional intelligence, there'd be less dependency on anti-depressants, less violence, and better harmony worldwide. I was never taught how to manage my emotions healthily so that they support me and my goals and learning this one skill has made me realize how valuable it is.
