Great content but terrible performance.

Can’t get through the audiobook because of the robotic monotonous narration, but highly recommend the actual book

A solid audio book

This was a solid book on the basics of EQ. It worked its way from the actual response in the brain to what shapes the response that a person will have. A big focus was towards children and the impact growing up has on a person. I would have liked to see more about the role of EQ in the work place and how to improve and develop better EQ int he workplace tough.
