Clearly written

This is an excellent resource for understanding and overcoming, only one book on the subject could be found on the bookstore. I still own that book, and now this one.

I really appreciate the effort of the author withYou can look up a lot of the topics online but the author's structure of the audiobook puts everything in a clear and concise manner. Mindfulness in Eating and life in general

Horrible narration

The narrator pauses, stutters and makes it generally difficult to listen to this, I couldn’t finish it for this reason.
