So helpful

So helpful!! Because I applied the recommendations here as much as I can, I notice some significant results in my sleep. I used to woke up groggy without goals for the day. After the introduction of this book, I can’t remember when was the last time I felt this joyful!

from negative to positive

just while listening to this entire book, my mood changed. I have been going through a tough time and needed something to help regulate my emotions to not feel so down. and negative. I like how this book gives examples and ideas on ways to turn around my thinking into a positive direction

Concise and practical

I was skeptical about a one-hour book that promised to help you have complete control of your emotions and turn your life around, but this book delivered. I listened to it twice in a row! The tips and tricks are practical and I look forward to putting them to use!

This is like googling “emotional control” and reading a fluffy article. There is no real depth, no life changing moments or new technique to incorporate. I am giving it 2 stars because I appreciate the effort.

This book will change your life. It is easily in my top five books to recommend to anyone now. I don't care who you are, you can and will benefit from listening this book. If you are someone like me, you might be disappointed to find pieces of yourself on every word. You might even start to realize just how messed up you really are.

Taught to be creative

This is a creative, smart book. I loved and enjoyed the author's insight and tone. I am not sure though, how helpful it would be for someone with serious issues. The advice seems a little redundant and the philosophy, although engaging, seems to be more on the wishful thinking side.

Changed my way of thinking

I found the whole book quite useful, and there are plenty of easy to follow ways to deal with most of our daily emotional reactions. I am still following the exercises, and have certainly changed my way of thinking about things. I would highly recommend this book.

Shows helpful strategies

This is a great book for anyone that wants to learn to protect themselves against manipulaters. It actually shows strategies used and you can actually use it as a mirror to look at your current relationships and to help protect your heart against people that are capable of hurting it.
