Incredible
The level of uncanny parallels described by the author is incredibly validating, especially during a time when it is incredibly difficult to articulate or explain what just happened to friends and loved ones. Not everyone can understand narcissism, especially if they have not undergone the abusive cycle. I feel very fortunate to have listened this book, it will help me heal from this horrific psychological torture I've endured.
