Acerca de esta escucha

Faking what you haven't earned is one of the most unethical and immoral practices known to man.

The United States of America has a plethora of honest, hardworking people. Most of us in the United States have worked for everything we have. Some of us had to work two jobs every day just to scrape by. It's this type of hardworking people that deserve monetary bonuses, assistance, or promotions. There are also those who are able to find the loops in the so-called system. By loops I mean ways to effectively cheat their way through life and do things just to get by in their places of employment, but because of favoritism or rumors or for political reasons these loopy people are still able to slip through the cracks. Dive into this great example of faking credentials through recent incidents with Walmart Stores, Inc., and a few other corporate entities. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration as well as an associate's degree in business management technology.

This book is more of an admonishment of people who basically falisfy information on their resumes, or take credit for things that others have done. Clinger calls them out on it, stating that there are people who are truly deserving of positions, but cannot get them because someone else lied in order to improve their own life without putting the work into.

After chastising such individuals he then goes into how you can watch for such embellishments, how to curtail such people from getting ahead in your company. I think what he says best is that a person who fluffs their resume provides an employer nothing BUT fluff (my interpretation).

As always, he provides clean and easy narration to his book.

Did they do what they claim they did?
