Lovely Story with Excellent narration

But by today’s standards parts of the father-daughter relationship felt borderline creepy, almost incestuous

Interesting story line kept me listening

The story line is great, but the overall tone is a bit simpering. Made sense when I learned that it was written in the 1800s

A Continuing Great Story

The Story of Elsie continues in it suspense and trials... Elsie's continued love and obedience to her father make these books great for character development in younger readers. I thoroughly enjoyed the references to God and the acting out of their faith.

I wish Audible had the other stories of Elsie on audio...

another great Elsie book

they each get better than the one before! it is hard to put them down and you must have the next as soon as this is done! great narrator, I believe same as the 2nd book.

Great Story

I do so love listening to these such stories. Although I do not see it as practical. The live between father and daughter I do not see as realistic but would love to see it in the world today. The love of God is very real and stories like these lift the heart. It is a great series for all ages

Wonderful series

My granddaughter and I are greatly enjoying the series! The rest of the family is rewarded with a few excerpts also.
