One of the best Mental Power books I have read

By reading this book you'll learn one of the best things we can learn in life: Breathing! None of us breath properly; fear and stress make us hold our breath, and that's the way we learn to breath for the rest of our lives. By breathing properly we get healthier, we get clarity of mind, we relax, as we have the most powerful stress relief, our own breathing! We do not pay attention to it, because we are so used to it, But breathing is the biggest gift we got! without that, there is nothing! If it were just about that, it would be more than enough to buy it and to have it in our nightstand table, because every time something comes out, there you go, there is the help you need to get your mind calm, so you can find the best solutions for whatever comes to you. Every time you read it you learn more and more, this is not a book to read and forget about it. This is a book to read and to keep forever! You will never get tired of it. As you realize that every time you hear it, or read it, you will learn something new, as you'll understand it better and better, every time!

La narradora es buena, pero el contenido del audiolibro no me gusto. Esta lleno de muchos ejercicios de meditaciones/visualizaciones apróximadamente el 90% el audiolibro es eso.

muy superficial

Toca muy superficialmente todos los temas. No es malo pero no esperes mucho ni que desates tu poder mental. Miralo solo como referencia.
