Interesante y muy practico.
El contenido es muy bueno, las anécdotas te conectan y es fácil sentirse identificado con ellas, te anima a llevar a la práctica sus consejos, quizá no sea tan sencillo pero definitivamente llevarlo a la accion es la única forma de lograr un crecimiento. La voz en ocasiones resulta demasiado melosa o sobre actuada lo que hace que por momentos te desconectes del contenido en ocasiones llega a parecer un relato infantil. Es un buen libro para tener a la mano pero creo que prefiero leerlo a volver a escucharlo en la misma voz.
