Great character! Unforgettably book!
Excellent book.Amazing life who deserves to be remembered and honored. The narrative is rich in personal details that brings Pedro 1st to life. Juan Antonio Bernal has an extraordinary voice, adding texture to the text. It has been like listening to music. a great experience!

Excelente novela histórica
Ahora, no me extraña que su autor haya recibido el Premio Planeta 2011 por esta obra.
¡Qué poco sabía yo de la historia de Brasil y la monarquía portuguesa! ¡Ni siquiera de una monarquía brasileña!
Cómo el protagonista y su padre, no pude evitar que algunas lágrimas rodaran por mis mejillas mientras escuchaba el relato.
Aplausos para el narrador. Una de las razones por las que tanto disfruté este audiolibro.
¡Una excelente novela histórica!

The best !! I loved it!
I loved it! The best after his book about Pema Chödrön.
I’d suggest it to people who loved biographies, curious minds delighted with little details behind bigger social machines... I’m still astonishing how well written is this book.
Perfect to read and same to listen via audible.

Increíble novela sobre la fundación de Brasil
Disfruté muchísimo escuchar este audiolibro, aquí te comparto los puntos más destscables de la obra:
1- Una historia apegada a los sucesos pero narrada de tal modo que parece los estás viviendo tu en esos momentos.
2-Tiene una música de fondo que encaja perfectamente en la situación y es agradable de escuchar.
Esto es algo muy difícil de lograr porque muchos audiolibros con booktrack en ocasiones la música es chocante o distrae de la obra y en este caso la música consigue dar profundidad e inmersion a la historia.
3- El narrador transmite todas las emociones que se están suscitando en la obra de tal modo que consigue hacerte sentir la rabia, el dolor o la alegría de los personajes.
Es un libro que disfruté de inicio a fin sobretodo por el gran desconocimiento que tenia sobre la historia de Brazil y además es un libro que engancha sobremanera y que vas a querer volver a escucharlo varias veces.

Excelente libro. Me parece una novela histórica completísima, con una gran calidad y altura literaria por parte de Javier Moro, el autor. Atrapa desde el primer momento.
El narrador, Juan Antonio Bernal, es fabuloso. Su tonalidad, volumen de voz, excelente exclamación y modulación hace una escucha exquisita.
