fantastic book
This book is an eyeopener . i never saw us humans like this before, never understood that much about religions, idiologies, politics , oconomic before. Maybe the kids learn all this in school nowadays , but when I was young school didnt teach anything like that.
Its also realy entertaining and easy to understand. The Narrator did a wonderfull job.
I just finished and Im tempted to go right back to the beginning again. 😀

Interesting but exhausting
Some very interesting insights about the implications of technology on mankind through the ages. Worth reading/listening to.
That being said, reading this book it is a very emotionally taxing experience — feels a bit like spending an afternoon with an interesting friend that is also very anxious and pessimistic. You are happy to meet them but go back home fully drained. Something about the author's inner voice?
I enjoyed the performance of the Voice Talent in this german version.
