A bit too sentimental for my taste.
She sure can write, and the book has many well formulated little wisdoms on how to handle all the side effects of aging. Philosophy in tasty little bites. Humorous and easy to digest. But she has trouble with saying goodbye. Not just in the story line, saying goodbye to her friend, but also in stretching out the end…
And she shouldn’t sing…All a bit too sappy for me.
