Effecting Change in African Countries Guest: Joyce Gilmer

Joyce Gilmer is a woman set on having a long lasting impact on the continent of Africa. She has taken the daunting task of lobbying various countries to encourage them to extend residency privileges to the African diaspora outside of Africa. She has personally met with government officials at her own expense to try to influence them to change their policies, and she will not take no for an answer.
