Love this author
I do not joke when I say I listen to a book a day at work. So when I listen to this author who managed to captivate me I was excited not to guess what came next. Bravo I found myself entertained and excited. Thank you. AP

Great author and narrator
New twist to an age old dilemma for women in this story. This story is the start of a spider web of many intriguing story lines. Very well written Kate. Kudos 👍🏻.
Matching up your stories with Julie Maisey was a fantastic choice. Julie, you are fantastic with all the many accents and cultures of the characters Kate has put into her stories. Very impressive. Kudos Julie. Well done 👍🏻.

Great story and sensual
First I have to say the story is quite good. Very sensual and kept my interest. Love the intrigue and mystery.
Con the narrator. Really struggled with her male voice attempts. She had a strange gulp or swallow. It was like she was parched and needed hydration. It was weird and I tried to ignore but was unsuccessful. Glad us was free.

loved the storyline.
although the main character, Gervase did get on my nerves at times with his treatmemt of Elizabeth.

Perfect Narration
Steamy hot sex scenes bordering on dominance/submissive. Ms. Maisey is a talented reader. She throws in enough of an accent in her reading for it to be interesting without dominating the story. I’ll be looking for her work in the future. Kate Pearce’s story is interesting and her is heroine dynamic.

Surprisingly good
Good story with realistic characters and a plot. Not just girl winds up with Duke.
