I have had a problem with weight gain since the age of 15. I had tried all of the fad diets, exercise, and fitness routines that have trended for years. It was not until I was at the age of 40 that I discovered the benefits of eating foods that would help control my weight.

Benefits but no plan
Don't bother getting this book if you're trying to get an actual Intermittent Fasting plan. Two thumbs down
