Great bundle book

I have read many books on health and diets but this was my first audiobook.
I really enjoyed it, the tone is friendly and overall really interesting.
The "best diet" was quite a surprise for me, but after listening to the book, I know much more and I actually agree with it.

bautiful healthy eating book

The book is about healthy eating seen from two different points of view. In essence, in the first part, the author talks about the right diet to follow, but not merely telling about it, dot: it explains in a straightforward way why and what you need for having a diet that you can really follow in the long run. The second part is about the consequences that we may have if we are not conscious of our food choices every day. Highly suggested

Excellent bundle on healthy nutrition

These days that I have more time to devote myself to preparing food, I was looking for information on how to change my way of cooking, choose healthy ingredients to stay as healthy as possible. Great information! The correlation between diets is also nice!

Yes, this is an excellent addition to the library.
I'm quite well versed in this genre, but both of these books has something I didn't know.

Useful book

There are so many books out there about healthy eating, but I choose to read this bundle because the author claims to be for anyone. I found very helpful the chapters about the mindsets and how he explains the facts about eating meat. I love the meat taste, and he is not for avoiding it all, at least anyone can do whatever prefers but with the right knowledge.
I really appreciate it.

I would buy it again

I found this bundle very interesting. You can have access to two related books about diets, their development, what to consider if you want to create a customized diet right for you, and the linking between disease and unhealthy eating.

Why not?!

It is always interesting to listen to nutrition topics. In this book, I felt the passion that the author has in this job. He wants his reader to understand deeply why good food is essential for human beings. I will try to do my best to explain it to my loved ones.
