Story
At the beginning of the 20th century, Dr. Maria Montessori invented a child-oriented teaching method, which, until this day, rises its popularity all around the world. It's a scientifically approved teaching method that helps children to reveal their personalities and develop their inner talents and skills. In this teaching method, the center of attention isn’t a person who is teaching; it is a child who is learning. He or she takes the most amount of attention and concentration.

Publisher's Summary
How much do you know about your baby and newborns in general? Would you like to know more? Then you need to keep reading...
The first year of your child’s life is critical for healthy development. You may face hundreds of parenting decisions in the first year about sleeping, nourishing, and caring for your baby. The experiences your child has in this very first year will certainly play a role in shaping the adult he will become.
In a matter of days, everything you thought you knew about parenting is tossed aside and you find yourself without any answers. Why can't I soothe my crying baby? Why won't he latch on? The fact is, even second-time parents sometimes find themselves overly concerned about the growth and development of their baby.
But don't worry. You too can become a parenting pro.
In this audiobook, you will discover how to master a range of baby care techniques. The topics covered include:
- Everything you need to know about breastfeeding your child
- How to understand your newborn child’s behavior and respond correctly
- Knowing how to interpret your baby's crying, the reason why, and the solutions
- What to do and what to avoid during your child’s early development
- Getting your baby into the right sleeping habits
- Baby essentials and unnecessary expenses to avoid
You'll also get information about colic, tips for preventing SIDS, newborn care essentials, and more.
For five years, the author Lisa Marshall has devoted herself to childhood research and communication with children, collaborating with many experts in the field with whom she has discovered the common traits and proven solutions to help parents raise their children in the easiest and effective way.
This is the perfect resource for new mothers and even better to listen to before your sweet baby arrives.

Exactly what i was looking for!
This is a great resource! I bought this audible book because my pediatrician gave me an old photocopied, vague guide on solids. I wanted something more concrete and couldn't find what I needed on the internet. Each site seems to have different recommendations. Lisa Marshall (the author) has a beautiful introduction with lots of encouragement, advice, and recommendations on how to feed your baby the best organic foods. My little girl has been eating solids for about a month now and it's been very helpful.

I really liked this book when I started cooking my own baby food. It gives great tips on how to prepare, steam, and freeze baby food. Easy to listen and packed with VALUE!
What I like about this book and what makes it different from other similar-themed books is that Lisa expresses common sense tips in an easy to understand manner. The best part is she keeps it practical, short and sweet. Many times, these experts have the knowledge but they harp too long on it. They would give long and drawn-out explanations that tend to make you lose track after a while. But not this book. Which is also why I was able to finish it so quickly. I haven't got the time to pause and rewind, I have mouths to feed! I need quick and fast tips and this book delivers on that. So if you're busy but need some practical tools and knowledge on newborn care, then this book is for you. If you have the time to spare then, by all means, go out and explore...there are tons of more detailed books out there. What I find most useful is the PDF that comes along with the audiobook. Again, I love that it is an easy and quick visual tool. My favorite section of the book is the part where Lisa teaches you all about your child sleeping independently. This is such a huge knowledge bomb for me... I also have no idea babies could actually have sleeping disorders... I'm so thankful I received a promo code for this book because it really made my life easier. I gave a voluntary review in exchange for a free download.

Extremely Good
A lot of useful information but keeps it short and to the point. Has several diagrams. I like it because it brings a sense of humour to a stressful situation, by no means is it a joke but the wording makes it light and more enjoyable. This will tell you how take take care of a newborn child.

As an early childhood educator,
It is laid out monthly so it’s not overwhelming with information and you can learn about the social, emotional needs in addition to physical milestones. The book also provides you with little songs and games you can play with your baby.
