Publisher's Summary

A worldwide history of alien contact from one of the most respected authorities on the phenomenon: "A bible for UFO watchers" (The Wall Street Journal).

This fascinating new volume tells the story of contact between aliens and humans from all across the globe, dating back to 1932, including meetings with military personnel and American presidents such as Eisenhower and Kennedy.

For the first time, a former member of MI6 reveals her conversation with Neil Armstrong at a NASA conference, when she confirmed that there were "other" spacecraft on the moon when Apollo 11 landed in 1969. Armstrong also confirmed that the CIA was behind the cover-up.

In a further admission in December 2012, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev revealed "the president of Russia is given a special top secret folder [that] in its entirety contains information about aliens who have visited our planet. Along with this, the president is given a report of the Special Service that exercises control over aliens in our country. I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic."

Not his Best Work

This was a collection of unbelievable stories that sounded more like science fiction than fact. One story after another of "it was reported by....." or "I was told..... ". It got old real quick. If you are into conspiracy theories, this might be for you. Otherwise, I do not recommend.

This is a book!

I have read a lot of alien encounter books, none were so best and so thorough is the book. They have alien encounters from almost every country on earth hence the title earth. If you are into alien encounters you can’t say you’ve read at all until you read this book. I loved it and will probably listen to it again. It was awesome!

Read and Understand our World

As I read the last few chapters here in November 2020, I almost felt as though my heart dropped out of my chest when I realized what’s going on in our World. Rather than tell you what struck me you should read this and make your own decision.

Not Even Good Science Fiction

This is the worst conglomeration of poorly written and poorly narrated pap. Not worth a dime.

A strange mixture

A strange mixture of nuts and bolts ufology and individual alien contact stories.
I loved the in depth contact stories but zoned out whenever he detailed the military contact and alien technology stuff.
There's something here for both of the ufological camps

Very interesting!

A very interesting book, excellent narration and really interesting subject matter. Who ever I could live without Steven Grier’s constant lectures and rants about our demise! Stick to the topic of which you are nothing more than scribe to the people whom have the stories.

fantastic

this was a great well-rounded book on extra terrestrials. I feel that it really went in depth on a lot of different aspects of UFOs, extraterrestrials, conspiracies, etc

Funny

Got some real belly laughs from this one. Not quite what I expected but a definite bonus! Admire the narrators ability to refrain from sniggering his way through it.

As a study in today’s mental health problems, it is unbeatable.
Enjoy just don’t expect anything remotely believable.

Packed with info that will make you wonder

Timothy Good is a well known researcher and author and this book is one of his best yet. It's packed with accounts of sightings and close encounters. Nearly 18 hours of narration with accounts that will make your mind boggle.

The narrator might want to check the pronunciation of some place names in the UK. I know it seems fussy but just for the sake of accuracy. Examples:
Woolwich - WOOL-ITCH
Ruislip - RYE-SLIP

Mostly interesting

Mostly good listen . Some of the stories make you really think “ wow that sounds amazing “ really makes you wonder . Others sound totally far fetched but it’s for you to judge and make your own opinion

a remarkable book, written by a remarkable author

Upon picking this up, i found i could not put it down. Whether you have a casual interest in the subject, a determined belief, a firm knowledge and understanding, this book doesn't fail to deliver.

The narrator offers a great tonality and pace within the voice over, however, if you're British, you'll just have to forgive the American narrator's mispronounciation of numerous UK locations cited. Albeit frustratingly easy to overcome by a little research on the audio producer's part, sadly many audio books with American narrators do fail to bother to resolve this; that said, the narrator actually does a great job.

Im relatively new to the work of the author Timothy Good; for me this is the first book of his that I've "read", and it will not be the last. In fact, I've just purchased another of his on here... Unearthly Disclosure.

Interesting But Hard Work

Some interesting cases I hadn't heard of before and some tantalising theories, but an awful lot of frankly bizarre, outlandish and downright fantastical ideas. How can a UFO investigator visit an 'alien base' over 60 times and never come away with clear, decisive photographic evidence? Very strange. The narrator has a great reading voice, however a little research would have ensured correct place name pronunciation, particularly amusing was English town names......

Best written book on the subject.

I think it’s been best written book on the subject. Why we still keep silence about extraterrestrials.

Interesting Book and a good Listen

Timothy Good puts some good stories together and enjoyed listening to them. Only spoiled by the narrator who doesn’t know how to pronounce UK place names.

Not a Bad Book

I am in no way a Believer,I look at this subject,as science fiction, but with the twist in the tail in that is MIGHT be true!
My only complaint is the story has many many people telling of their time ,seeing mysterious stuff, with great detail, and then it jumps back to square one with someone else retelling a mysterious sighting they once saw,and there is no overview or discussion of the far out stuff the last person claims they saw

Absorbing but tedious

The information was absorbing but I found the narrators intonation annoying and tedious.
With a better narrator this would have been enjoyable but it was just like a tasteless meal that you feel compelled to finish.

Very disappointing

What I thought would be a book with more detail on secret meetings between governments and aliens turned out to be a flat collection of stories full of irrelevant detail though enough to remain sufficiently vague.

Cartoon narrator

This guy should only be allowed to narrate 1950s short cartoons. Awful voice for a subject trying to be taken seriously.
