Publisher's Summary

Here is a definitive guide to overcome anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, trauma, stress, and live with happiness.

Do you feel anxious, sometimes? It is normal. But do you feel that this feeling is affecting your normal life? Then, you have to keep reading!

Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. It has a very strong effect on your mind and body. Most people feel anxious or scared sometimes, but if it's affecting your life, there are things you can try that may help.

Anxiety is a word we use for some types of fear that usually have to do with the thought of a threat or something going wrong in the future, rather than right now.

Fear and anxiety can last for a short time and then pass, but they can also last much longer. You can get stuck with them. In some cases, they can take over your life, affecting your ability to eat, sleep, concentrate, travel, enjoy life, or even leave the house or go to work or school. This can hold you back from doing things you want or need to do, and also affects your health.

Anxiety can cause many different symptoms. It might affect how you feel physically, mentally, and in how you behave. It's not always easy to recognize when anxiety is the reason you're feeling or acting differently. That's why you will need a good book to guide you.

Here is what you will find in this audiobook:

  • What is anxiety
  • How eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EDMR) helps in overcoming anxiety
  • What is the vagus nerve and what are its effects
  • What are the benefits of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • And much more!

If you know what's causing anxiety, fear, or panic, it might be easier to find ways to manage it. But if you don't know what are the reasons for them, then this audiobook will help you in finding it.

coffee enema

I turned the book off halfway through the second book when it suggested using a coffee enema an effort to help with depression among other things. The author continually repeats himself and makes me wonder if he was desperate for content or just a horrible writer. Don't waste your money on this or your time.

Mispronounciations

This was painful to listen to in the Vagus part. The medical terns were barely recognizable . Narrator needs more support on proper pronouncing. Had to stop listening.

Worst narration I have ever heard.

This narrator is so choppy, and he pronounces some words as if he is unfamiliar with the word and doesn’t know what it means, so the narration ends up sounding like a kid being told to read out loud from a science book in school when they have no idea what is contained on the page until they are already reading it out loud. I might have to return this book because the narration is so unbearable that I can’t hear what the author wrote. So sad.
