Welcome to Season 1, Episode 3 of Angry Little Welshman and friends, the fortnightly, seasonal podcast exploring anger, men, mental health and everything in between.  In each episode, as well as hearing about my experiences the last 2 weeks, we are joined by a special guest to hear from them and their experiences on these topics and how they may be using their #ANGERGY.

In this episode, I am joined by the fantastic Ralph and Ahmad, from USA and Oman, students who met at an international school and made a film called 'One Bad Dream' featuring a young teenager dealing with Intermittent Explosive Disorder.  

In this podcast, we discuss the cultural differences of mental health, how they came about the diagnosis of Intermittent Explosive Disorder and what they learnt about their mental health in this journey...as well as sneak peeks of their future projects.
