1. You cannot motivate someone who is not motivated
2. To have your best life in business or personally, always surround yourselves with people who are positive, have a great sense of humor or highly motivated, and they are the get things done type people. 
3. Be slow to anger and swift to forgive (I practice 24 hr rule)
4. Learn the ability, rather the humility and be open to change your mind
5. Do you have five friends that you can count on 100%. If you do, nurture those relationships. 
6. There are only two things you can control - Effort and Attitude. You are in 100% control of those regardless of outside forces.
7. You will never ever get looking into the rear-view mirror. Too many people focus on past failures and past challenges, focus on what's Infront of you.
8. Work starter and harder
9. Nothing good happens after midnight
10. When in doubt - Don't
