Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, right? That's what they say, at least. I went into that day hoping I'd get the happiest day of my life. What I got? The worst. I mean, you really can't get any worse of a day without someone actually dying. So...I may have gotten just a little drunk, and maybe just a tad impetuous...and landed myself in a dive bar somewhere in Alaska, alone, still in my wedding dress, half wasted and heartbroken.

Love this series. Really enjoyed this book! ❤️
Jasinda is one of my favorite authors. Her characters are ridiculous and funny and broken and real. Audra and Franco are no exception. They are so broken over past hurts, they’ve lived their lives protecting themselves. But they can’t protect themselves from each other. They were meant to be, they both knew it and it scared both of them to death. In the end, we got a lovely HEA and along the way we got a wonderful story.
The narration was good...not great. Nothing really to complain about. Just a little uptight.
Overall, it’s a winner. I’d buy it again.

Stubborn--but I liked it
While both of them were really stubborn and promiscuous, the two of them just kind of fit. Their similarities, which really pushed them apart, was also what drew them together. I really enjoyed the narration by Summer Roberts and am enjoying this series. The book seemed shorter than it actually was. I am not sure which book is next, but I can't wait for James' story.
