Great way to fall asleep

It is a great way to fall asleep. I was able to have interesting dreams. I gave story five stars but this is not a story. It is a sleep aid that is very helpful for sleep.

its basically just music. not guided.

It's not a book, but a soundtrack with just a few minutes of speaking. Lots of apps have same sounds.

Effective

This is a collection of four guided hypnotic suggestions and space music. I have found it relaxing and effective inducing sleep. I believe it has been helpful in achieving success in lucid dreaming.

Don't Bother

What a waste of money. Chapter upon chapter of different kind of music playing, I could have turned on the radio for the same thing for free.

Hmmmm

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Not really. I think there are probably better books of this sort. What slightly annoyed me about this, is that although there are 4 different hypnosis' the introduction, the part that puts you to sleep is exactly the same for each one. Although this isn't the worst crime ever, it made it difficult for me to get past the idea that Joel couldn't be bothered. Particularly as he makes a mistake which is repeated on each hypnosis.

Has Dreams and Lucid Dreaming Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection put you off other books in this genre?

No. Probably inspired me to try others.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

He didn't particularly. These things are very much a personal taste, and he wouldn't have been my first choice, but his voice is pretty relaxing.

I don't blame the book for this, but i've not had any lucid dreams since listening to the audio and if i woke up when the audio tracks were playing i was usually having slightly anxious dreams.

Great book

Well written and the narrator is amazing at getting me to fall asleep and stay asleep for longer . The music is quite enchanting.
