Very easy to understand

The normal dream books with the list of interpretations many times was not relating to what I thought was happening in my dream. This process lets you figure out what your dream is trying to tell you so you can understand what your message is from your soul!

Great book

I really loved this book. I found it can be very useful when one is totally lost and does not know how to start working with a dream and even more useful when we do not have those "dream dictionaries" we tend to rely on... It is an empowering way to deal with our own dreams!

Good Overall...

All different kinds of dreams are discussed in this well researched book. It also include topics like walking and talking your sleep. I found the chapter on lucid dreaming very informative. Recommended as most people are interested in what their dreams mean.
