Young YA

I like overall theme for the book, however if you do not like angsty main characters… this is not the book for you.

I cannot stand the so called...

I cannot stand the so called heroine in this story she never makes her mind up and when she gets whats she wants she bitches about it and constantly pushes away the man she supposedly loves but when he leaves and gives her what she wants she crumples on the floor and or storms off crying. She's a ridiculous little bleep!! If my mate told me he was a dragon shifter I would be thrilled it would be hard to believe until I saw it for myself but I wouldn't be a bitchy pissy spoiled little brat about it. She is so annoying and ridiculous!! She really wants to be chased but acts like she doesn't. Grow up!

It got a little better but not much.

Good story

I really enjoyed this young adult book and the characters. I would have enjoyed it more had the heroine not been so dimwitted at times, but it did get better and I’m downloading the next book now.

Narrator is awesome

But the story and main character are horrible. the FM is rude and has pitiful excuses for being so. I hate how she slut shames other girls. She is supposed to be strong and she is constantly second guessing or being rude to hide insecurities.

Good start

This was a good start to the series. There were a few places my mind wandered a bit but overall it was a good story that made me want to keep listening. The narrator did a really good job with the characters. I enjoyed the mystery and want to find out more answers. It seems like this will be a good series that will keep me wanting more.

great book

I love Jen Grey's books, the whole world she's created. BUT Jade... at this point not my favorite.

can’t wait for #2

The beginning of what promises to be another great series for Jen. I love all things PNR And I really enjoyed this book. Loved Egan's characters and the storyline. Can't wait for book #2.

Love Egan so much

I was so freaking excited when I found out that Egan would be getting his own story with his mate. This dragon is such a sweetheart and deserves his HEA. Jen L. Grey has quickly became of of my 1-click authors for everything. Her written and story telling is phenomenal. This baby is angsty AF and I am here for it… Egan and his mate have this undeniable chemistry between the two of them that burns up the pages.

I absolutely loved Egan and the fact that he is getting his own series about him and his mate, makes me so happy and excited. Jen L. Grey is amazing at writing and highly recommend more of her series to listen too. Amanda Dolan did an outstanding job narrating this book and can't wait for more.

Oh mylanta!!

I was completely enthralled with the book that I didn’t realize it ended until the credits began!!
I throughly enjoyed the narrator. She does an amazing job portraying all of the characters. I was completely and utterly lost in this story. I was so happy to finally get to Egan’s story. I’m all giddy with him and I was interested in the mystery of the lost/missing people happening around the campus.
If you enjoy listening to YA urban fantasy with a dose of romance then consider this book. It was a great listen and I’m off to grab the sequel now.

in this book we meet Jade a girl that seeks an escape and when she gets the chance she's all in. In this book we see familiar faces as this series is about Jade and Egan.

I want a Egan.

What a great story, So pleased she found a new life... but did she.. haha. Great narration again.. I love Jens books.

Wow

This one had me cheering Jade on the whole time hooked on her story and hoping for a better life for her. This book has had me hiding from my family so that I can get just another minute listening as I didn’t want to turn it off. Fantastic listen with really enjoyable narration.
