Grateful to Have This Help

I first listened to this CD when I was in cancer treatment and stressed out about chemo several years ago. I loaned the CD to someone and never got it back so ordered it on Audibles so I’ll always have it. It helps when the wheels are spinning in my mind making it difficult to sleep. It also helps when work and family life become overwhelming. I find myself using these tools all the time and am grateful to have Dr. Walton’s help.
